It is recommended that you clean your washing machine filter every 4 months. The filter will collect all kinds of debris including hair, coins, and tissues, so it is important to get it clean regularly. Even if you don’t have time to do a thorough clean every few weeks, it’s not a bad idea to check your filter for any possible build up.

It is a good idea to double check all pockets before putting your clothes in the wash as you can never be too sure what is hidden away inside!

The soap tray can get clogged up with soap residue and this can get behind the tray.  Make sure this is cleaned regularly to stop any build up which will cause issues with your machine.
