I began my journey in the Property Management industry in June 2004 where I quickly found my feet and a passion for property.  I learnt what Landlords and Tenants wanted from a management company and in 2017 I decided to go it alone and set up Christine’s Property Management Ltd.  Covering the Richmond Borough and surrounding areas we are a local, service orientated Property Management company personalising the service we provide to our clients.

We offer a bespoke, independent service and with our superior communication and attention to detail we are exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Every tenancy is different so our services are specifically tailored to provide you personal support throughout the whole process.  With over 19 years in the industry we have seen and dealt with most things so you can be sure your investment is in safe hands.

Christine’s Property Management are registered members of ARLA Propertymark, the Property Redress Scheme and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and keep up to date with regular training and lettings news, keeping us and in turn our clients up to date in the lettings world.

Shooting Star Children’s Hospices who care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.  Whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months or years, Shooting Star Children’s Hospices are there to make every moment count.  They support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.  It costs £10million a year to maintain their current level of care.  Just 10% of that income comes from government funding, so they rely on supporters’ generosity to keep the service running.

Babies in Buscot Support (BIBS) which was founded by parents in 1987.  BIBS is the official charity of Buscot Ward, the local neonatal unit at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Their charity provides support for families, improved ward facilities, and life-saving equipment for sick and premature babies. BIBS is run by former Buscot parents meaning they know first-hand the difference the charity makes in helping to save tiny lives and improve the experience of families who go through such a stressful and emotional experience.

Dogs Walk This Way Rescue whose aim is one thing, saving lives of the dogs who need it most.  Dogs Walk This Way Rescue works with a team of trusted rescuers where dogs are fully assessed before they can start their new lives.
