Did you know if a tenant sub-lets the property they are renting without letting the landlord or agent know, they then become responsible for carrying out the Right to Rent checks on any sub-tenants.  The tenants then become liable for any civil penalties if they do not do the checks correctly; which can lead to up to five years imprisonment or an unlimited fine!
