Prior to moving into a new property we will need…

  • To see your ID and, if required, proof of your Right to Rent in the UK
  • Proof of your current address dated within the last 3 months
  • A holding deposit in cleared funds before moving forward with any administration
  • Completion of our Applicant Declaration form
  • Referencing to be carried out and completed as acceptable in order to move forward with any tenancy
  • A signed Tenancy Agreement
  • Payment of the first months rent and 5 weeks rent as the deposit, in cleared funds
  • Proof of your standing order set up for the rental payments
  • Signing of paperwork to include the inventory check in and confirmation of your welcome pack
