Before we begin marketing your property and viewings commence it is good to get the place looking its best.  We have provided a check list to help guide you through the process… 

• Get those ‘to-do’ jobs done
• Walk through the property and tidy up any chips, knocks, scuffs you may find on walls and wood work
• De-clutter but keep homely
• Tidy/tend to the garden/s
• If the property is vacant and the weather is hot and dry make sure you return to water the garden/s regularly
• Test all doors are opening and closing securely and locks are working correctly
• Replace any bulbs that have stopped working, make sure you have good lighting in each room
• Add some lamps to create a cozy glow
• Open windows, where possible before viewings, especially in the summer time
• Add some welcoming aromas; candles, diffusers or spray some air freshener
• Make sure your curtains and blinds are open and tidy
• During the winter months keep the property warm and inviting
