If you instruct an End of Tenancy Cleaning Company to clean the Property you are moving on from, PLEASE ensure you check their work before you hand back keys to the Agent. It is not standard practice for contractors who are not known to the agent to be given permission to return to the property, nor is it recommended to give access to the tenant once the check-out has been completed.

You as the Tenant are responsible for the Property and any contractors you instruct during your stay and leading up to check-out. However, Christine’s Property Management are always on hand should you need any help or guidance.

The last thing we want is a disappointing end to a well built relationship during the Tenancy and to be dealing with cleaning issues following the check-out and deposit process.
